If I had one superpower, I would say it’s recognizing what truly energizes my clients and aligning their careers with their professional mission.
How did I learn to do that?
It feels completely natural to me to discover and articulate what’s unique about someone like you and strategically bring it to light. I use questions to delve into your background, passions, expertise, and various identities. Through deep, focused conversations, the essence of what resonates becomes clear to both of us.
As many of you know, I have been deeply involved with growing the audiobook industry and diversifying the voices that are represented in it. It has been meaningful work that underscores how vital it is to uplift voices of all kinds. There is a place for everyone.
Similarly, aligned with my philosophy of casting narrators whose life story, values, and personality match up with characters, I bring the same intentionality to coaching all of my clients. I excel at pinpointing what makes my clients tick.
Sometimes clients come to me with one idea that they think is “the one.” Whether it’s writing a cooking blog, creating a podcast on waste free living, or generating content around financial freedom, what we often realize over time is that “the one” wasn’t quite right. Together, we pivot, refining or even reimagining it until we both have that satisfying “Aha! That’s exactly it.”
While I cherish working with clients one-on-one, I’ve realized that to help more of you in new and dynamic ways, I need to expand into group coaching, workshops, and courses.
I am currently building a course that will help clients like you clarify your professional mission and provide actionable steps to achieve it. This might include writing your memoir, creating a coaching practice, developing a newsletter that showcases your expertise, or something else.
